About this integration

Exact Officient is a Belgian HR and payroll platform used by SMEs and social secretariats to manage employees, contracts, leave, documents and assets.

This integration is an initial importer: it is designed to bootstrap a Peepel workspace from an existing Officient setup so you don’t have to re-enter employee data by hand. It uses the public Officient API with a personal access token that you generate inside Officient.

The integration is read-only: Peepel only reads data from Officient. Nothing is ever written back, updated or deleted on the Officient side.

What it imports

  • People — employees and freelancers, matched on national number (INSZ) and name
  • Personal info — address, date of birth, birthplace, emergency contact, IBAN
  • Employments — freelancer employments derived from wage data (payroll employees are skipped)
  • Role history — historical role assignments per person
  • Teams — team structure and team memberships
  • Manager assignments — supervisor / reportee relationships
  • Custom fields — both definitions and per-employee values
  • Assets — company assets with serial number, vendor and price, including ownership
  • Documents — contracts, contract PDFs and other employee documents
